Absolutely not.
Professional organisers have seen homes in every condition imaginable. My role is to provide practical support, not judgement. Every client is treated with kindness, dignity & respect.
Many clients tell me they felt nervous before our first meeting but quickly discovered there was no need to feel embarrassed.
-
There is no need to do anything to prepare your home for a visit by Thoughtful Spaces Decluttering.
It is recommended that you leave your home in its usual condition prior to my visit, as this allows me to accurately assess your household's priorities & identify any areas of concern.
And please put any feelings of apprehension you may have aside as this is a non-judgemental service.
The only request is to ensure that pets are safely secured.
-
As Thoughtful Spaces Decluttering has a sustainability focus, where possible, storage containers you already own are used.
There is no need to buy beforehand as we declutter first, then assess what you need.
Often you already own the right container & very often you will have multiple spare containers after the process (if you no longer want them, they will be donated on your behalf to a local charity).
